At Conner Hats, we want you to love your new headwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your hat in its original shipping box to prevent crushing and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a tracking notification for your return shipment.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new hat size within 5-7 business days.
